When you place an order here on ChraismaBrands.com you should note that your order may not come directly from Charisma, but may ship from an authorized retailer instead. We are able to offer this service through our business partner, Shopatron, which provides the technology and customer service to you, our valued customer. The Shopatron shopping service makes it easy to locate and purchase exactly what you are looking for. When you order and pay online, Shopatron’s intelligent system starts working to ensure rapid delivery. Sales Tax
Tax may be applied to your order if it ships from the same state or province as your shipping address. We don't know the exact amount of tax until your order ships, due to the unique nature of the Shopatron service. For this reason, the order total in your confirmation email may not reflect the exact amount of this tax. Sales tax may be applied to shipping and handling charges.

Shipping and Handling Charges
It is our goal to process your order as quickly as possible, based upon product availability, receipt of payment, and credit authorization.  As such delivery dates are our best estimates at the time of your order.  Calculations of estimated delivery dates begin on the first business day after such order is places, with business days being Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping fees are based upon order totals, before applicable sales tax.  Standard shipping is estimated to reach your destination, within the continental United States, within 5 to 7 business days from the first business day after such order is placed.

Rush Shipping
Expedited shipping is available for most items please see the additional expedited fee below.  Unfortunately, guaranteed next day delivery is not available at this time.

Returning Merchandise
You may return your merchandise for a prompt refund within 30 days of the original purchase.  All items must be returned in the condition you received them with all hangtags, certificates, accessories and packaging included or they will be refused and sent back to you..  When you receive your order, always keep the paperwork that is included, you will need it to return or exchange an item. Also, save any emails you receive about your order, as they may provide important information.
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. You can request an RMA online, or you can call the Authorized Retailer or Shopatron  support@shopatron.com and they will issue one for you.  Each authorized retailer may have variations to this policy. View the return policy at the online store or contact Shopatron if you have questions. Your order must be returned to the Authorized Retailer who shipped you your order in order to receive full product credit. Contact the Authorized Retailer for help or assistance in processing a return.

New unused products in its original packaging will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt.

Damaged Returns
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the Authorized Retailer immediately. You'll find contact information for the Authorized Retailer in the product box. If you receive damaged merchandise, please save all packaging material and paperwork -- do not throw anything away!
